Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Please email the following details to support@pacificrim.com.au with as much detail about the fault as possible.
- Your Name and Company Details
- Email Address
- Office Phone Number and Mobile Number
- Order / Invoice ID and Purchase Date
- Product Make, Model and Serial Number
- Part Being Returned: List all contents of box.
Please enter all relevant information in order to help us, such as:
- Product operating problems, and the actual users comments.
- The actual operators contact name and number if not above, to confirm fault (contact will be made only if required, and limited to technical operation discussion)
- Any other comments that will assist, so the product is returned in good working order.
Once we have received your email and give you a particular RMA number, please attach the number with your invoice and post the product back to our mailing address.

Customer will pay for and remain liable for couriers or shipping of the return warranty products to us, we will pay for shipping the product back to the customer once it has been replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of the Company. If the item is found not faulty, as per the customers instructions or description of same, or is being returned due to customer user error, customer agrees to pay postage/shipping both ways. The decision of the Company is final.
Please Note : If you are returning a battery to us you will be require to print the lable below and stick it onto the parcel before posting it.
- You must have an RMA number before returning any product.
- All products must be returned within 12 months of purchase date in order to be covered under warranty.
- All products must be returned to the company within (10) days of receipt of the RMA number.
- Returns made without an RMA number will be refused.
- You are responsible for shipping charges together with any and all risk and/or loss on all return shipments.
- We recommend that you choose a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring the return shipment.
- Upon receipt of the returned product(s), the Company will inspect the product to be certain all parts are included and there was no abuse or misuse of the product, or user negligence.
- All products must be returned in original packaging and be in the same condition you received them.
- The Company may reject the return for, or deduct costs associated with: missing parts, non original or insufficient protective packaging, abuse, misuse of the product, user negligence, liquid ingress or impact damage.
